
CLINIC POLICY
Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. This will allow all appointments to be on schedule and prevents wait times. All appointments are created to give sufficient amount of time to fill out consent forms with your provider during your appointment time. We always leave the option open for our patients to fill out their paperwork for Morpheus8, IPL and Laser Hair Removal prior to arriving at their scheduled appointment via email.
Booking Fees
Every patient is required to input their credit card prior to booking their appointment whether your appointment is made over the phone or via our online booking service through Square. This is to ensure our that our provider's time is protected against late cancellations and No Shows.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. In order to protect our time and ensure your appointment is staffed to support our treatment standards, we require 24 hours advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. Any changes or cancellations made by the patient after the 24 hour window will be charged the cancellation fee for that service. No-Show appointments will be charged the cancellation fee for that service. Any two consecutive reschedules, cancellations or no-shows will require prepayment before future bookings can be made. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to best serving you at your appointment!
Late Arrival
If you are running late for your appointment, we require our patients to give us a call at 289-673-5551 and notify our front desk of your ETA. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not a guarantee. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients. Abbreviated appointments could mean less numbing time for treatments that require it or the omission of additional services you were scheduled for that day. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to the next available appointment time.
Return Policy on Products
We will be happy to accept returns on unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are for EB Clinic CREDIT ONLY for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds on Services
We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome and our packages are non-transferable. As stated in our consent forms, “I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed. I understand that my results may vary based on the following factors: skin type, area of body being treated, post treatment care. I understand I may require multiple treatments in order to obtain the desired results”. It is up to the discretion of our patients to move forward with treatment after the consent form is signed and before said service is rendered.
Pricing and Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology and treatment techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
Provider Requests
We respect your desire to be scheduled with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacation, and unforeseen schedule changes.
Practice- Patient Relationships
We love having you as our patient, but EB Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Age Requirements
Ontario law requires patients be 18 years of age or older to receive medical treatments at EB Clinic. Children under 18 are not permitted in our office unattended unless a service is being performed on said patient. Special facial services are available for children under the age of 18. Please call, text or email for additional information.
Payments
All major credit cards, debit cards and cash are accepted. We also work alongside Dofinancing.
Insurance
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to work with your insurance company to gain coverage for the services we provide. Majority of these services are considered to be “out of pocket” and 100% the patient’s responsibility. If you are looking for treatment for TMJ, Botox for Migraines or Hyperhidrosis, please talk to your doctor and insurance company for potential coverage.
Financing
We offer Dofinancing to our patients in the event they are interested in getting a loan to help them pay for the treatments they receive in our office! Please go to www.do-finance.turnkey-lender.com/Lending#/terms
Gift Cards
Our gift cards can be purchased at our office, or on our website at endlessbeautyclinic.ca. Gift cards are not returnable and are redeemable for services or retail. They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards. Endless Beauty by Hope is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and/or products. Gift cards are not valid for gratuities.
Gratuity
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. Tipping is appreciated and left to the discretion of our guests.
Parking
EB Clinic is happy to offer both on-street and lot parking to our patients. The entrance to our practice is located at the front of our building and parking is found to the right of the building or directly in front of the building. If you have any trouble locating our office, please give our office a call at 289-673-5551 and someone will be happy to assist you.

We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them.
